I had 4 different companies come out to look at my broken garage door. It was off of it’s track and wouldn’t work. Garage Door Service was the only company that came in uniforms and a clearly marked truck. They also went through the entire door with me and showed me how the garage door actually worked! They recommended different options for my door, all including replacing the torsion spring. The other companies barely looked at the door, one guy even told me about his night out before, they were not focused on the problem I had. Garage Door Service even showed me the difference in their product versus the normal hardware that most of the other companies used, boy what a difference! All I can say is that they were very professional and I am extremely impressed with their business!
